Use cases

DigiConstat is a mobile application integrated with the DigiClaim solution.

There are two possible scenarios in which the insured can benefit from the features of the app DigiConstat:

An online intimation : Create and submit a claim, and then follow the rest of the process using the app

A paper intimation : When the customer submits a paper claim to an adjustment center or an agency, the insured receives an SMS that allows them to follow the rest of the process online: Communicating via instant messaging with the adjuster, the garage and the claim handler, exchanging documents online, receiving notifications from their insurer, etc.

Vehicle identification through policy number and plate number
Geolocation of the accident
Taking pictures of the accident and the policyholder's documents
Description of circumstances of the accident via voice message
Follow-up of the rest of the procedures on the application (Adjustment, reparation, etc.)

Step 4 : Voice message

DigiConstat allows the user to easily add a general overview of the accident by recording a voice message.
The vocal description of a claim is easier for both the user and the handler to understand the circumstances more quickly.
Step 3 : Photos of the accident

This is the most important step in intimating a claim.
We guide the user to thoroughly take the photos that best illustrate the accident situation.
Step 2 : Vehicle identification

Simply enter the number of the insurance policy and the plate number, and our application would be able to identify the corresponding insured vehicle.
Step 1 : Intimation type

The insured indicates how many vehicles are involved in the accident and then selects the type of intimation: Broken glass, against an object, theft, fire, etc.
