DigiFraud is a solution to automate fraud control. It's natively integrated with DigiClaim solution and can also be used as API connected to the insurance system.

DigiFraud includes a set of fraud rules based on more than 10 years of experience in motor claims management and fraud prevention.

The DigiFraud engine analyzes in real time the claims data in the different steps of the process (claim creation, adjustment, reparing, paiement etc.) to detect discrepancies and suspected fraud.

Analysis of photos with artificial intelligence

Claims and underwriting photos are analyzed with our AI to automatically detect damages and perform comparisons in order to automatically identify inconsistencies and fraud scenarios used by fraudulent policyholders.

Fraud networks analysis

In addition to the vertical analysis of a claim, DigiFraud performs a cross-sectional analysis of connections to detect fraud scenarios used by professional fraud networks.

For example, a pedestrian that appears in more than one claim or an insured that is involved in multiple claims with similar circumstances is immediately detected by our technology.
